Let me ask you something—has reading the Bible been on your heart lately? Maybe you’ve told yourself, “I really need to start reading more,” or “I just don’t understand it when I do.” You’re not alone. Over the years, I’ve heard countless people express that same frustration. I’ve said it myself.
Reading the Bible isn’t always easy. Not because the words are hidden, but because sometimes we’re not sure how to approach them. We either read the same sentence over and over and still don’t get it—or we finish a chapter and think, “Wait… what did I just read?”
So, if you’re here because you want to read the Bible more consistently or understand it better, I want to walk this journey with you. I’ve put together a beginner-friendly guide, and this is Part One of a three-part series that will eventually lead us from beginner to advanced levels. But today, we’re just taking that first step together.
Am I a Beginner?

You rarely read Scripture on your own.
You’re unsure where to begin or what to do when you read.
Reading the Bible feels overwhelming or confusing.
If any of that sounds like you, then guess what? You’re in the right place.
